Techspray Precision-V 3900 is a high-purity, non-flammable solvent developed for critical precision cleaning. Manufactured in the USA, this PFAS-free formula complies with EPA TSCA 8(a)(7) regulations and is an ideal replacement for 3M Novec 7100, 7200, and 7300. It features rapid evaporation and extremely low non-volatile residue (NVR), making it suitable for the most demanding cleaning applications.
