Shipping policy

Standard Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 days of receipt. Same-day or expedited shipment is available, please contact our customer service associate for details.

Back-Orders, Multiple Shipments

In some instances, we will ship your order in multiple shipments. This may happen if one or more of the items in your order is backordered or is available in a separate warehouse.

Drop Ship Items

Certain items ship directly from the manufacturer and therefore may arrive separately from the remainder of your order.

Shipping Hazardous Materials

Some items have limited shipping options and those will be reflected at checkout. You’ll also see the shipping restrictions on the product detail page. Hazardous Materials are currently restricted to UPS Ground shipment only. We cannot ship hazardous items outside the United States at this time.

Some hazardous products may have maximum air and maximum ground quantities that can be placed in one box. For example, a customer may order 4 gallons of a product that is restricted to 2 gallons per box, and we would be required to ship those items in separate boxes. Hazardous shipment charges (which are charged by the carrier and required per DOT regulations) apply PER BOX, not per order. For example, if 2 boxes are shipping via UPS ground and contain hazardous materials, each box will receive a $40 hazardous ground fee.

Solder Paste Shipping

All solder paste products must be packed in ice and shipped with next day delivery. See our Perishable Shipping Recommendations.

International Shipments

We ship to all countries with limitations. Contact customer service for details.

Shipments, Risk of Loss or Damage, Title

All delivery dates are estimated and Seller shall make a reasonable effort to meet any delivery date(s) quoted or acknowledged. However, Seller will not be liable for its failure to meet such date(s). Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier arranged by Seller is Seller's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier arranged by Buyer is Buyer's responsibility. Buyer must notify Seller within 72-hours of the date of shipment by Seller if Buyer believes any part of Buyer's purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Title to the products (except software and documentation) and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer at the Seller's delivery point to Buyer. Title to software products and documentation will remain with the applicable licensors.

Until payment in full of the purchase price of the Product has been received by Seller and has cleared for full credit, Seller retains certain economic rights to the Product and if Buyer sells the Product, rights to the proceeds of such sale. This is referred to as a Purchase Money Security Interest. This interest is immediately released upon payment in full. Buyer agrees to sign any document required to perfect such security interest and appoints Seller as its attorney-in-fact to prepare, sign and file or record for the Buyer, in Buyer's name, any such documents. Buyer agrees to keep the Product in good order and repair until the Security Interest is released.

Cancellation, Out of Stock, Discontinued Items

Buyer's order is subject to cancellation by Seller, at Seller's sole discretion. If any item(s) are for any reason out of stock, discontinued, or not available for delivery, Seller's sole liability shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price for any such item(s). Seller is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in the Online Catalog and Seller reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer unless previously negotiated.
