  • Yes, workstations designed for electronics environments include ESD-friendly surfaces, grounding points, and materials that help control static. Many meet or exceed common industry standards for static control when properly installed and used with a compatible grounding system.

  • That depends on the bench that is chosen. Hydraulic adjustable benches can hold up to 1000 lbs. However, our standard benches with no moving parts can withstand up to 6000 lbs. (varies based on material.) It all depends on the specifications on the bench that interests you. Each item has a description on the appropriate load it can handle.

  • Typically, the weight for standard industrial laminate workbenches is around 90-110lbs. Heavy or specialty benches, (That have stainless steel tops, electric lifts, phenolic resin etc.,) they can range from 250-300lbs.

  • We have both standard benches and adjustable benches. Yes. Many workstations offer adjustable height options, either manual or powered, to support seated or standing work. Ergonomic features like adjustable shelves, monitor arms, and keyboard trays help reduce strain and improve productivity.

  • Our benches come in a variety of depths and lengths depending on your need. You will notice on our site, choosing a new measurement will also change the price point.

  • They are NOT water proof, but they are water resistant. If you are working in an environment with water or an area more prone to spills, it is recommended to choose a bench surface made of stainless steel or phenolic resin.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals. Usually using a mild cleanser and a soft cloth is all you need to keep the bench clean. Also dusting your product can help ensure a long life. We do offer an ESD safe cleanser ideal for your workspace. Our TechSpray 1733-QT. It will not dry out surfaces. It is non-corrosive, nonflammable, and has no ammonia.

  • Yes. Our benches are designed to be easy to build. They are perfect for an expansion or for moving to a larger facility.

  • Typically, we sell to larger vendors for large facilities, but yes there should be no issue setting up orders in small quantities.
