Description
The Metcal HCT-PS1000 is the standalone power supply unit for the HCT-1000 programmable convection rework system. Engineered for advanced surface mount rework, it delivers high-performance hot air flow with precise thermal control—empowering technicians to safely remove and place small to medium SMT components.
The system supports the creation and storage of up to 50 solder profiles, enabling repeatability and process control. An integrated vacuum pump allows for seamless component lifting, while digital interface controls ensure operators can fine-tune heat and airflow to exacting standards.
When paired with compatible accessories like the HCT-HV1 Handpiece, HNA-1 Nozzle Adapter, and HN-J0005 Nozzle (sold separately), the HCT-PS1000 becomes a versatile, programmable rework solution. It can also be connected to the MRS-1100A or ATH-1100A systems for 4-zone heating and enhanced performance.
