The Excelta 7241E cutter has a Medium Oval Head and Molded Grips. The oavl head is the most common head for cutting tools. It allows for the maximum amount of "metal" behind the cutting edge delivering an extremely long tool life.

This tool features induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. The CNC machining allows the joint surfaces to be perfect to allow for long life. The grips are molded and are static dissipative (10⁸ ohms/sq). The dual leaf springs provide smooth action.
