The Desco 19786 Analog Surface Resistance Meter is designed to accurately measure resistance point-to-point (RTT) and surface to ground (RTG). This portable battery-powered meter conveniently features an automatic test voltage selector, which switches from 10V to 100V when the measured resistance exceeds 1 x 10⁵ ohms.
