AIM SAC305 Lead Free Solid Core Wire Solder .015" Diameter

AIM SAC305 Lead Free Solid Core Wire Solder is designed for replacing tin-lead solders used in electronic assembly applications. It has a 96.5% tin, 3% silver and 0.5% copper content as recommended by JEIDA for lead-free soldering. This .015" diameter solder wire is ideal for hand soldering applications, requiring only minor process adjustments for its use. This solid core wire solder is sold in a 1/2 lb. spool.
