• Durable Construction: The 6 mil (0.006") thick bag is constructed from a multi-layer design featuring nylon, foil, and polyethylene, providing a robust barrier against moisture and electrostatic discharge.
• Moisture Protection: With a Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) of ≤ 0.0003 grams, the bag offers excellent protection against humidity, crucial for dry packing moisture-sensitive devices.
• ESD & EMI Protection: The bag meets stringent ANSI/ESD S20.20, ANSI/ESD S541, and IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standards, effectively shielding contents from ESD charges and discharges. It is also tested for energy penetration <10 nJ per ANSI/ESD STM11.31, ensuring comprehensive protection.
