NC272 is a VOC-free organically activated water based, halide free, no-clean flux formulated to fully atomize during the wave soldering process. NC 272 has an enhanced wetting ability, and a broad activation range, proving to be an excellent flux for bare copper as well as hot air leveled and organic coated circuit baords. NC 272 is designed to be a no-clean, non-visible residue flux, which can be cleaned if critical to the prtoduct application. Post-process residues can remain on the PWB in RF designs up to 2 gigahertz without cleaning. Above 2 gigahertz, cleaning is recommended.
